British Software company, Tricorn will launch a second UK office at this year’s Northern Manufacturing Show, in Manchester EventCity on 2-3rd October, to better service their Northern customers. Tricorn, who provide production control software for manufacturing SMEs, will be exhibiting at the Northern Manufacturing Show for the first time in their history, to promote the launch of their new Northern Office. The company has more than 260 customers and 6000 users of their software across the UK, with the majority in South UK, near their Head Quarters in Guilford. Tricorn Northern Account Director, Mark Tarleton, commented “we’ve built a fantastic base of supportive customers over the last 20 years, predominantly in the South by focusing on ease-of-use and delivering value to our customers. And we want to deliver the same value to companies in the North West and North East. And the Northern Manufacturing Show will be a great opportunity to really engage with the industry and companies in the area. The expansion comes in the face of adversity of many British companies, as Brexit looms closer, with The Manufacturer’s 2019 Annual Manufacturing Report finding that 71% of UK manufacturers say Brexit is damaging strategic-planning and business prospects. Tarleton continued, “In amongst the uncertainty of Brexit, initiatives like Made Smarter and North West Pilot are promoting the need to be more digital, and improve product quality without increasing costs, in order to reduce the impact of needing to source and distribute parts nationally. And software like ours enables companies to do just that.” The new office will be based at Daresbury Innovation Park, in Cheshire, including a team equipped to service new clients, including Sales, Marketing and Support teams. The Company will be promoting the launch on Stand D32 at the Northern Manufacturing Show. |
